Original Cast Iron Red Color, handle and adjustment screw.
Used for pressing: currents, whortleberries, apples, etc. for pure juice.
Fresh tomatoes, spinach, kale, nettles, etc. for purée. Boiled greens and fruit for purée and pulp.
A valuable feature is a possibility of pressing raw greens and fruit, thus retaining all vitamins which are otherwise destroyed by boiling.
